01 Scope of this policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses AeroEstate Realty Corp's website, agent dashboard, broker dashboard, and seller dashboard (collectively, the "Platform") — including buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, and developer partners.
We are the "personal information controller" of the data described here under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Where a broker or agent registers a client's details on the Platform on that client's behalf, the broker or agent also acts as a personal information controller for that data, alongside us.
02 Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the Platform. In general, it falls into the categories below.

If you sign in using Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile photo associated with your Google account, as permitted by your Google account settings.
03 How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and to verify your identity and professional accreditation where applicable (e.g. RES/REB codes, PRC licenses).
- To process property listings, client registrations, and commission vouchers, including calculating and tracking rate distributions and payouts.
- To connect buyers with agents, and to route inquiries, messages, and support tickets to the right person.
- To send you service updates — such as approval status on a listing, a reply to a support ticket, or a change to a transaction you're party to.
- To maintain the security of the Platform and investigate suspicious activity or policy violations.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those under real estate service laws and tax regulations.
We do not use your financial or transaction data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.
05 Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.
- Essential cookies — required for core features like staying logged in and submitting forms. These can't be switched off.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages and features are used most, so we can improve the Platform.
- Preference cookies — remember settings like your dashboard view or notification preferences.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect features that depend on staying signed in.
06 Data storage & security
We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access — including access controls limiting who can view sensitive transaction and financial data, and encryption of data in transit.
No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required under the Data Privacy Act.
07 Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- For as long as your account remains active;
- For as long as needed to complete a property transaction and process any related commissions;
- For the period required by tax, accounting, and real estate recordkeeping laws (transaction and commission records are typically kept for at least the statutory period required for tax purposes); and
- As needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
08 Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed that your personal information is being collected and processed.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated personal information.
- Object to certain processing of your personal information.
- Erase or block your personal information under certain conditions.
- Data portability — request a copy of your data in an electronic format, where technically feasible.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some requests may be limited where a transaction record must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
09 Children's privacy
The Platform is intended for use by adults engaging in real estate transactions or professional real estate work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we've collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
10 Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services — such as a developer's own website, a payment gateway, or Google and Meta sign-in flows. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we'll notify registered users through the Platform or by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
